Salesforce Implementation

Complex Salesforce Implementations, Delivered with Confidence

We lead with architecture, signing off the data model and integration map before any code is written, and we stay accountable through go-live and beyond. That discipline is what makes an implementation land and last.

Every Salesforce Problem Has a Right Answer

Your last implementation never really landed.

Poor adoption is a configuration problem, not a people problem. We run a structured assessment, find the root cause, and rebuild so the team stops reverting to spreadsheets.

You need multi-cloud, not single-cloud.

We sign off one data model and integration map across Sales, Service, and Experience Cloud before building, so the clouds work as one system rather than three disconnected projects.

Previous partners gave vague timelines.

You get a real sprint plan, a live demo every two weeks, and a scope that says exactly what ships and when, with architecture signed off up front.

How We Work

Our Approach

1
Discovery & Assessment
We map your current state, risks, and success criteria before scoping any work.
2
Solution Design
A clear plan reviewed and signed off with you before development begins.
3
Agile Delivery
Two-week sprints with live demos and direct access to your delivery team.
4
Go-Live & Hypercare
30 days of active support after launch. We don’t disappear after deployment.

Implementation Case Study

Enterprise Implementation Rescue

A financial services firm had already been through two earlier Salesforce implementations that had not stuck. We ran a structured assessment, resolved the underlying architectural issues, and rebuilt it properly.

FAQ

Common Questions

How long does a typical Salesforce implementation take?

It depends on scope, but most single-cloud implementations run 8–14 weeks from discovery to go-live. Multi-cloud or heavily customised builds typically run 16–24 weeks. We give you a sprint-by-sprint timeline before any development starts, not a vague range.

Do you work with companies that already have Salesforce?

Yes, in fact, a large share of our implementation work is rescuing or re-architecting existing orgs that were poorly built by a previous partner or an internal admin who outgrew the scope.

What Salesforce editions do you support?

We work across Professional, Enterprise, and Unlimited editions, and have experience with the licensing trade-offs between them if you’re still deciding.

Do you provide support after go-live?

Every implementation includes 30 days of hypercare, active monitoring, same-day issue resolution, and continued training. After that, we offer monthly retainer support if you want continued access to your delivery team.

How much does a Salesforce implementation cost?

Cost is driven by scope rather than headcount: which clouds you are implementing, how many systems we integrate, how much data we migrate, and how complex your sales or service processes are. A focused single-cloud rollout sits at the low end; a multi-cloud enterprise build with several integrations sits at the top. We work fixed-scope, so you get a firm price after a free 30-minute review of your requirements, and AI tooling and compute costs are always on us, never billed to you.
