This Privacy Policy explains how H2TECH Software Private Limited (“H2TECH”, “we”, “us”) handles information collected through h2techsoftware.com (the “Site”).

The Site does not require accounts and does not collect personal information automatically. We receive personal information only when you choose to send it to us:
- Contact form: when you submit our contact form, we receive the details you enter, typically your name, business email, company, the service you’re interested in, and any message you write. Form submissions are relayed to our email inbox via Resend, a third-party email delivery service, and are protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, a privacy-focused CAPTCHA that helps us block automated spam.
- Direct contact: if you email or call us, we receive the information you provide.
- Server logs: our hosting provider (Vercel) automatically records standard technical logs such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested, as virtually all web servers do.
How We Use It
We use the information you send us solely to respond to your enquiry, provide the services you request, and maintain our business relationship with you. We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information, and we do not use it for automated decision-making or profiling.
Third-Party Services
- Google Fonts: the Site loads typefaces from Google Fonts, which involves your browser requesting font files from Google’s servers.
- Resend: delivers contact-form submissions to our inbox as email.
- Cloudflare Turnstile: verifies that contact-form submissions are made by a person, not a bot.
- Vercel: hosts the Site and maintains standard server logs. GoDaddy holds our domain registration and DNS records only.
Each of these providers processes data under its own privacy policy.
Data Retention
We keep enquiry emails for as long as needed to handle your request and for reasonable business record-keeping. You may ask us to delete your information at any time.
Your Rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you by emailing info@h2techsoftware.com. We will respond within a reasonable period.

We may update this policy from time to time; the date above reflects the latest revision. Material changes will be posted on this page.
